Hi, I’m Samantha Harris, MPH, RDN

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), athlete, foodie, and lover of all desserts. Growing up, I could be found in the kitchen cooking away. In middle school, I combined my love of food with science and spent three years studying the physics and chemistry of ice cream for my science fair projects. Little did I know this would fuel my career in health care, helping others find the best ways to eat for their body (and have dessert too).

During my time as a student-athlete at University, I dove deeper into nutrition, working with the Dietitians to find the best way to fuel for competition and training. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science and later obtained a Master of Public Health in Public Health Nutrition from New York University. Finally, I completed a rigorous 12-month dietetic internship program at New York-Presbyterian focusing on medical nutrition therapy including pediatrics, diabetes, GI, autoimmune, and many more health conditions.

Now, as a Registered Dietitian, I want to help you feel your best. From sports injuries to personal health struggles, I have personally seen the impact food makes. Just like one-size-fits-all doesn’t work for clothing, it doesn’t work for food either! Let’s work together and help you feel your best.
